Both cats love this fountain. I have seen an increase in the amount of water they drink. It is a little difficult to assemble and the instructions could be a little better but it’s not impossible. One issue is the cats knocked it over somehow and broke the pump plumbing which can be purchased from Petsafe, however it was out of stock. I called and customer service was very helpful and is sending new plumbing for the fountain on warranty.
